Annual Company Levy 2024 for Cyprus registered Companies

The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property announces that in accordance with the Companies (Amendment) Law 2024, N.25(I)/2024, the annual fee (EUR 350) for companies registered in the Registrar of Companies, is abolished from 2024 onwards. However, the annual fees for years 2011 – 2023 remain applicable and outstanding if they have not yet been settled.
