Transfer Pricing deadline

Companies that have Related Party Transactions are required to file and submit the Summary Information Table (SIT). The SIT is a new requirement, forming part of the wider Transfer Pricing regulation, requiring taxpayers to disclose certain information about their related party transactions to the Cyprus Tax Authorities.

For 2022 related transactions, the filing deadline is 25 February 2025.
